1. Project Philosophy

Soulful Invaders London is a cultural and community-based music project created and produced by Angelo Calvi & Partners Ltd.
It celebrates London’s diversity through the lens of house, soul and underground electronic music, connecting artists, DJs and local communities in a collective rhythm — The Groove of Thames.

The project blends music, visual art and storytelling to explore identity, belonging and freedom of expression.
Each performance, event or collaboration becomes a journey along the river — where sounds, people and stories meet.

5. Impact & Next Steps

Soulful Invaders London aims to become a platform for emerging DJs and cultural dialogue, connecting London’s underground heritage with new generations of artists.
Next steps include:

  • Developing The Groove of Thames event series (hybrid live + digital format)
  • Producing a documentary short film on London’s community music scene
  • Launching the Soulful Invaders Collective, a permanent network of DJs, musicians and creatives across the UK and Europe
